Los Prados is an upscale gated community in the northwest corner of the Las Vegas Valley, offering 55+ communities and is surrounded by many other single family residential areas. Home sizes range from just over 1,000 square feet to over 3300 square feet, and this area boasts home prices from the mid $100,000 to the high $300,000. Los Prados Golf Course offers top-notch service and a steadfast commitment to providing golfers with excellent course conditions. Other amenities include a full-service clubhouse, including the popular "19th Hole Lounge" and The Restaurant at Los Prados, which offers dining in a casual relaxed atmosphere.

Promenade is a small gated retirement community near the Meadows Mall which is just to the west of the Las Vegas Strip and close to neighborhood shopping and restaurants. The Promenade community contains Condominiums, Townhomes and Single Family detached homes, and has a Pool and Club house. Home sizes range from 1,809 sq ft - 2,286 sq ft for single family and "Villas" range from 1,258 sq ft - 1,695 sq ft. Prices are from the low $100,000's to mid $200,000's.

Siena - A gated retirement community with beautiful resale homes available in a range of prices from the low $200,000's to over $600,000. Siena contains single-family homes and villas. Homebuyers in Siena can select from four attached villas and 14 single-family floor plans. Villas range from 1,040 to 1,378 square feet and feature one to two bedrooms, one-and-a-half or two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The various floor plans of single family homes are comfortably sized from 1,235 to 3,192 square feet, with an attached two to three-car garage. With the Siena Health and Fitness Center, residents can enjoy a full service salon and day spa, wellness center, and state-of-the-art fitness center. Plus a four-lane, 25-yard indoor heated pool, or residents can opt to use the heated outdoor resort-style pool and adjacent spa, and many other activities are available.

Solera - An age-restricted, active adult community by Del Webb. Located within the larger Anthem master-planned community, Single-family homes are designed with five different floor plans, ranging from 1,140 to 1,771 square feet. Attached homes come in duplex and triplex models, ranging in size from 1,519 to 1,590 square feet and features two bedrooms with a den, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Prices range from the high $100,000's to low $300,000's. It is situated close to Sun City Anthem's Revere Golf Club, which includes two public golf courses. There is a community recreation center, pool, spa, fitness center, and many other activities. Additionally Solera offers Energy Star advantage homes to keep your utility bills low, and some offer a casita option.

Sun City Aliante - Del Webb's newest Sun City project built in the far north along the I-215 beltway as part of the new Aliante master planned, 55+ community. There are 7 models and the community features a 6,900 yard 18 hole championship golf course, plus pool, fitness center, computer center, tennis, crafts and all the other wonderful Sun City amenities. Aliante is the smallest of the Las Vegas Sun City offerings with just about 2,000 homes total. There are numerous resale homes at Sun City Aliante in North Las Vegas. The homes range in size from 1,155 to 2,105 square feet. Prices start in the high $100,000's up to the mid $300,000's.

Sun City Anthem - Sun City Anthem in Henderson is home to 7,144 households, making it one of the largest active adult communities in Las Vegas. Del Webb's Sun City project in the Las Vegas Valley is nestled high above the city in the Anthem master plan and will have over 8,000 homes.  Anthem's Revere Golf Club is a challenging mountain course offering panoramic views of the mountains and city below, and a 75,000 square foot state-of-the-art recreation center with a fitness program for any taste including card rooms, bocce ball, tennis, computer labs, winding scenic trails, pools, aerobics classes, outdoor concerts and more. Sun City MacDonald Ranch - This was Del Webb's sister community to Sun City Summerlin built in MacDonald Ranch at the base of the Black Mountains just south of Green Valley Ranch. This fabulous Del Webb development is smaller and more intimate than some of the other local 55+ communities, yet it is loaded with resort-style amenities including an 18-hole golf course and a spacious clubhouse. There is a beautiful 36,000 square foot community center complete with fitness equipment, card rooms, hobby rooms, tennis, volleyball, computer labs and more and the Desert Willows golf course is a beautiful Billy Casper / Greg Nash designed executive course with hundreds of graceful willows along its length. Homes are available in 18 different floor plans which range in size from 1,000 to over 2,200 square feet. Homes start in the low $200,000 up to the high $300,000.

Sun City Summerlin - Del Webb's first Sun City development in the Las Vegas area. Here you'll enjoy three magnificent golf courses (The Highlands, The Palm and Eagle Crest), four recreation centers with state-of-the-art fitness facilities, resort style swimming complexes, tennis, racquetball, bocce ball, and dance areas. Homes and attached villas in Sun City Summerlin range in size from 1000 square feet to over 3,000 square feet. All Sun City Summerlin homes must have a resident that is at least 55 years of age and permanent residents must be older than 19. Prices range from the high $100,000 to over the high $900,000.

Sun Mountain Retirement Community -  Sun Mountain is the largely forgotten golf course but golf packagers still get plenty of traveling golfers looking to take their swings at this brilliant Dye design. Here you get the best of both worlds - brilliant scenery without the usual Dye scorecard savagery. The looks to the mountains can be stunning. The blue water in the man-made lakes glistens in the afternoon sun.
